Nigerian academic sues Central Bank Gov for “plagiarism”

A Nigerian academic based in the United States has taken the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to Court over an alleged “plagiarism”.
Prof. Victor Dike in his petition to the court said Sanusi breached his copy rights at public lectures in two Nigerian universities.
The plaintiff claims Sanusi copied verbatim from his articles without referring to him as the original author.
A Federal High Court in Abuja, Nigeria has fixed July 17 to hear a preliminary objection filed by the country’s Central Bank Governor
